Event Concept Planning

Balancing creativity and logistics, Beth develops an event’s concept and overall plan. Working closely with internal team and external clients, the first step is to gather all information related to the event, including the goals and objectives, the purpose for the event, proposed budget, and existing data from previous events, if applicable, and utilizes this information to develop an event concept and proposal(s) to present to the client.

Destination Management

Beth has over a decade of experience and connections in the Philadelphia market. Acting as an extension of your company, Beth and her team manage all aspects of destination management for out-of-town events coming to Philadelphia, including transportation, amenities, attractions, and pricing.


Experiential Marketing

From an initial consulting meeting to determine The 5 Senses of the brand, through to selecting the event logistics and day-of management, Beth’s expertise will help any brand cultivate the perfect Brand Presence, whether onsite at an existing event or a company-‘owned’ event.


Site Inspection & Venue Selection

Initially, Beth works with internal and external clients to determine the type of venue that would be best suited for the event. From there, site inspections are conducted and a full concept proposal is delivered to the client, along with budget expectations.


Event Project Management

Beth works to define project milestones and deadlines and coordinate with both internal team & external contractors and vendors, to ensure event meets overall timeline, goals & expectations.


Vendor Relationship Management

Selection of event elements and vendors, beginning with the venue itself and encompassing caterers, audio visual and production companies, transportation companies, hotels and lodging, event design companies, and more. Bids are collected and reviewed with the client, if applicable.


Contract Negotiation

Beth serves as primary contact for outside vendors in all contract negotiations for services and products associated with the event, ensuring that needs are met and the event stays within budget. If applicable, Beth will work with venues and vendors to develop cost-saving packages and preferred inclusions.


Logistics Planning

Before, during and after the event, Beth oversees event logistics for events large and small, including transportation, lodging, audio visual, venue preparation, food and beverage, deliveries, and entertainment. Additionally, Beth develops internal and external timelines and ensures that the Master Schedule is adhered to.


Budget Management

In the planning phase of the event planning process, Beth works with clients to develop an overall budget, and category-or-vendor-specific budgets, such as event design or entertainment. Proactively identifies opportunities to reallocate or save on overall costs, ensuring that the event stays on or under budget.



Before, during, and after the event, Beth serves as primary contact for the event, communicating with internal and external partners and ensuring that all needs are met for partners, sponsors, attendees, and key stakeholders.


Sponsor Management

From identifying potential sponsors through post-event follow-up, Beth manages sponsorship sales and account management for all major sponsors and exhibitors.


Event Technology

Identifying technology that will streamline the event, keep processes efficient, and keep attendees informed, Beth will work with internal and external teams to research, screen and secure event technology partners such as event apps, event bots, and event registration software.


Process Management

By identifying the current processes used by the Client, Beth proactively identifies new ways to streamline communication, and create effective and efficient processes to ensure increased productivity in the workplace, beyond the scope of an event.


Day-Of Event Management

Serve as the onsite contact for registration, timeline management, vendor relations, and logistics management, as well as full-scale event production. 


Beth works with external client to develop and execute event marketing strategies, including partnership management, social media strategy, marketing strategy and advertising.

Event Marketing
