Hi I’m Beth.

Strategic Event Expert | Type A (+) Person | Operations Enthusiast

I’m powered and propelled by helping visionaries host impactful, high-quality events and experiences.

As I took inventory of the clients I’ve loved to work with, I noticed a particular roadblock that I help big-picture thinkers navigate: making achieving their goals easier, whether running a first-time event, planning an annual meeting or developing a quarterly program.

About Me:

I know the feeling all too well: you have a full plate at work, and suddenly an event, conference or workshop is added, and you have to find a way to make space. Every day, you have to play so many roles as a leader, remaining agile while ensuring that your workload is completed in a timely fashion. Whether you are in HR, marketing, administration, or another leadership position, you need an expert event planner on your side to bring your big vision to life.

In my career, I am known for, quite simply, planning and executing high-quality, human-centered events. I’ve planned successful multi-day conventions, innovation festivals, fundraisers, incubator programs, statewide historic site tours…and these are only the virtual experiences. I have been planning live events since 2008, when I planned a National Marketing Conference for my University. My career has taken me in many directions, and I bring those unique experiences to each client event.

I have a natural attention to detail, knack for identifying efficient systems and a love of gathering community, so it is likely not surprising that my roots are in the hospitality industry. I’ve been honored to work in positions in event planning, operations, sales, and event marketing for brands such as Dave & Buster's, Brûlée Catering, and The Palm Restaurant, as well as Austin-based startup Snap Kitchen.

Making the world a better place to live for all is something that has always been important to me. In addition to my longtime work in the Philly startup community, I’ve donated my time and talents to countless organizations, including Head Count, the Gift of Life, the Human Rights Campaign, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

I was awarded 2018’s Best Independent Meeting Planner by Pennsylvania Meetings & Events Magazine, and awarded Arcadia University’s 40 Under 40, Class of 2020 honor. I’m the author of Navigating Events, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in a Global Pandemic, and an advisor to early-stage startups in the Philadelphia region and beyond.

I live in a small town in New Jersey with my husband John and my boxador Diesel, and am proud to remotely support clients all over the world, helping to turn their dreams into plans.
