If 2020 taught us anything, it was the importance of tech in our industry. While online content used to be just a component of our events, suddenly it became the entirety of our events. BLME is extremely proud of how we helped our clients pivot to virtual formats amidst this global pandemic. However, we cannot say we did it alone. We worked with several technology platforms that helped us be able to host events virtually. Since we do not see online events (or at least virtual components of events) going anywhere in 2021 and on, BLME is creating a series of tech platform reviews. First up: the online auction platform called Auction Frogs.

Overview

BLME used Auction Frogs while working with our client, Living Beyond Breast Cancer, on their annual fundraiser. This typically in-person event includes a silent auction of various prizes and goods to raise money for the cause. Of course, 2020’s gala looked different and was done in a completely virtual format. Luckily, the silent auction aspect of the event could still be done thanks to AuctionFrogs.
