Quarantine Fun: A Playlist for Future Travels
The Lawrence household is on Day 9 of our self-quarantine, and fresh off of a weekend mandate from the Governor of NJ to stay in our houses and limit non-essential travel.
Needless to say, we’ve watched the movies we had been saving for a time we could watch together; cleaned and organized the house; read books that have been sitting on our bookshelf for months; and even broken into my stash of coloring books.
If we’re being honest, we also took long drives to the beach and around the city, just to get out of the house and out of our heads for a bit. We love to take long road trips, even when we fly across the country. My favorites
Yesterday, I started to think about future travels—the places and things I want to explore when this is all over. In that spirit, I started a “Wanderlust Playlist” on Spotify, with songs inspired by places I’ve seen or want to see.
I hope it brightens your home office, living room, and day and gives you some hope toward the future.
